The National Federation of the Blind vide their letter dated 01.03.2019 have advised that there is shortfall of reserved vacancies for Visually Impaired(VI) candidates  in CEN 01/2019. The matter has been considered in Board and in terms of Para 1.10 of the CEN wherein it has been stated that the vacancies are provisional and may undergo any change(increase/decrease) or even become NIL in total or in specific Railways/Units/Communities/posts at a later stage depending upon the actual needs of the Railway Administration, the vacancy position for Non-Technical Popular Categories(NTPC) post have  revised as under:-
